Banned from Valorant

El día 6 me fui a conectar a Valorant y me apareció un mensaje de Ban permanente por uso de programas de terceros.
Le he dedicado mucho tiempo y dinero a mi cuenta como para ni si quiera pensar en hacer algo de eso.
Hace un mes escribí el primer ticket (llevo ya 3) y no recibo respuesta a ninguno de ellos. Creo que seria tan fácil como mirar la IP de las ultimas partidas jugadas. A parte de que no juego ningún Deathmatch ni para calentar y esa es la ultima partida que indica en op gg BaKuSiN#EUW
La gran mayoría de las partidas que juego las hago en twitch y soy el primero en reportar cualquier tipo de acción que perjudique al juego o usuarios tóxicos.

On the 6th I went to connect to Valorant and I got a permanent ban message for using third party software.
I have spent too much time and money on my account to even think about doing that.
I wrote the first ticket a month ago (I've written 3 now) and I haven't received a response to any of them. I think it would be as easy as looking at the IP of the last games played. Apart from the fact that I don't play any Deathmatch even to warm up and that is the last game that is shown on op gg BaKuSiN#EUW
The vast majority of the games I play I play live on twitch and I am the first to report any kind of action that harms the game or toxic users.
