(Flatpak) Games not launching
Hello! First off, I would like to thank everyone who made this amazing client :pogr_moment:
After following the wiki for Fall Guys and EOS Overlay, it doesn't launch after I press play. I:
- am currently using the Flatpak version on Arch Linux
- am using LeftWM as my WM
- am running the client with these variables:
-- have Feral GameMode installed on the host and checked the__NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1-__GLX_VENDOR_LIBRARY_NAME=nvidia-__VK_LAYER_NV_optimus=NVIDIA_only
Use Feral GameMode box
- provided the attachment that is provided after clicking the Report a problem with this game.
- already tried the workarounds in Read Me First | Frequently Asked Questions

The installation folder is outside of the default permissible folders
Did you already accommodate that?

yes, I already added the directory in Flatseal before launching

Are you able to play other games?

Steam games work fine, I haven't tried other games on Heroic yet
I'll install Rocket League and see how it goes

Okay, so I tested Rocket League. It first launched a black window, then suddenly closed. Here's the log.

If you enabled using the dedicated GPU, also use DXVK-NVAPI
And also verify that you have the proper Nvidia runtime flatpak that matches your system’s driver version

@termdisc I deleted the environment variables that I use to launch Heroic, and instead enabled Use Dedicated Graphics Card in each game, along with the DXVK-NVAPI checkbox. However, the problem still persists, with the same error as this.

Both the NVIDIA driver on my system and the Flatpak runtime have the same version (545.29.06)
