Where can I find 100% cotton chinos around the $70 - $120 mark?

I'm not a fan of clothing that has stretch in them. Where can I find something decent besides J.Crew and Spier&Makay? The latter has nice stuff, but they're always out of stock.

The uniqlo ones I got are 97% cotton. Not quite 100%, but they wear very well and unbeatable for the price.
