I got banned for saying gypsy to my friend

So I was playing Unrated with my friends and i texted my firend gypsy cuz he didn't clutch (i was just joking) and then I got banned for 30 days. Can someone explain what is the problem with saying gypsy? (I'm gypsy too)

I did a wrong ticket and then i said them to delete it after I made a RIGHT one I got the Bot again yk checking account in 3-4 days

AND I didn't said gypsy in english I said it in hungarian "Cigány" In the 2nd ticket I asked to talk with a real person not only the bot and they set it in solved :val_CatBigStare:
