does transferring region delete gun buddies?

so i heard that transferring regions deletes ur match history. im peak immo and i have about 6 immo gun buddies, so when i transfer from apac to na does it take away my rank gun buddies as well?

Personally, when I transferred from APAC to EU, my immo and other rank buddies got duped So 4x per episode
