Not really though? What specifically do you like in the Walmart jackets that the dickies doesn’t have? Although the Walmart jackets are called “field jackets” they don’t look especially field jacket-y, the Dickies is basically the same thing but without the breast pockets
if those are the only two options then #1, just read the reviews on it because there are some conflicting remarks on fit that may concern you
but, and i hate to be that person, if you can find an option that isn't supporting a generally terrible company in Walmart i invite you to do so
the dickies jacket is good, carhartt has a few good field jackets as well, vintage m65s are all around eBay or even your local thrift store
Vintage m65 would be my recommendation but they can get a little pricier than $70ish
