Z banding V Core 3.1 500mm

My printer was working fine till a month ago and now the issue of periodic z banding has become very evident.What should I try to do to fix It .Also would it make sense to shift to ball screws for Peace of mind as I have about 6 printers and I am expanding the setup with more vcore 3's
