I can't move it anymore and if i manage to move it somehow the right corner will move down and stuck with a weirder mesh. any help would be apreciated thank you.

Your D is quite high, which means you can lift A to fix that.
Hello Visualtech48 and thank you for your reply and help. i have done that and i end up with the following which is slightly better but now C is also going down for some reason.
That is normal till you fix you x axis as well
Flatten this a bit more
That you can do by either pushing it a bit, or fiddling with the screws as described in the forum
You want your 2 back corners to be flat
Then you can proceed further
Unfortunately it looks like the more i fiddle the it seems to go wrong with the 2 back corners not knowing where to begin anymore.
Fix X first.
Its floating a lot
Your X is pretty much going like my red line
When you fix that the left and right back corners will go up as well
Then you can fix if left or right corner is going more left or right.
Because your second point of z tilt depends on the X gantry being flat
If x is flat Z1 will go down as well, then will flatten the whole bed.
Hello Visual Thank you very much for all your reply's and help However it seems i am back at the beginning
Can you remove "flat" checkmark
ANd send again?
Sorry been at work and with a lot of tweaking it looks a lot different again. However i did have to remove 1 of the side caps on each side in order to move anything further down or up . It stays the same change one side moves the other move that side affects complete different side again. Also almost breaking my euclid in the process.
No worries, can you take a side picture as well.
It seems that X is still bowing downards, which is not ideal.
This should always be flat.
So something is messing with that. I suggest going though the video and checking your corners, butz I still believe your x causes that sshape to go down left and right.
Can you do the same for X the same peview
not sure how to get this more straight i undid the belts close to a hot bed been standing like that for at least 4 hours already and undid the screws of the rail. I'm not using all the screws i think i use 8 of them in total
Because again, if X is bent in the middle downwards, the Z tilt will not properly lift the bed.
Shoot an image from there
You might need to use force a bit
Your rail/profile might not be 100% straight
Which means you might have to pull it upwards in the middle by hand.
But give me that image and I'll tell you.
how you wanted to take me another screenshot ?
Yeah but not from an angle
From the front of the machine
Where A and B profiles are
So like this.
If the arrow were the camera.
printer went off ill make a new one just a moment
now something completely different again
You are having some really wiered isues here, your left part of the x axis is "floating", as the front should always be flat
Try to make the left and right back corner the same - numbers, so if left is ie -0.2 make sure the right is 0.2, then you know you've flatten your printer.
Then go with the x axis again, either disassble it, put some books on the rail, and the alu extrusion on a flat table, and then assemble again or try to pull that red part of the x (the left part) by hand a bit.
Otherwise I'm at a loss on this opne.
Yeah I am going to rebuild that part of the printer not sure I missed something somewhere or something else is going bonkers. Thank you for your help so far will come back once I am done with that
Good luck mate.
try removing and realign y linear rails
make sure to not overtighten and screw from one side to the other
well i tightened them the loosest as my electric screwdriver did on both sides and after disassembling and redoing the whole printer again as i kept finding more and more but not sure anymore and it's bugging me out but i also do not feel rebuilding it again. wonder if my frame or rail is broken somewhere.
Its not the best practice to do it with an electronic screwdriver.
You are dipping on C, so raise B
yeah i noticed so did everything manually c is raising but now A is going low again. I got a feeling there is something either going on with my profiles or with my rail and i have no idea how to check as i do use the allignment tool to get it straight however
THis needs to be flat
So the back left and right corner
THen you fix the X gantry and its done.

You can always get with this video that explains it
Keep in mind that your magnetic plate and how you've put it can affect it, temperature, debri, etc.
https://docs.ratrig.com/commissioning-guides/v-core-3-1#build-plate-preparation
yeah i used this video as a guideline the other time as well but i can't for some reason get those back corners straight. and just as the guy said in the video i build the device from the top to the bottom yet i am missing something somewhere. I checked with a engineers square it is fine and square put the motors back not sure how much more i can change from there the a to d extrusions and b to c extrusions are completely fine and straight as well. so it is either the x gantry or the rail/frame
Well this is odd I thought to check if the issue is my build plate so I thought to just turn it around 90 degrees which gave me the following result 😳
Could be the PEI sheet and how yopu put it.
PEI Magnetic part.
or the bed is just warped
mine was
contacted support and got a replacement
well i do have another metallic sheet left so i can try another one first before checking i just need to know what is the best way to rip ther thing off as a bed replacement might be easy but ialso a heater and i got mine a while already over 2 years by now i think
Put the bed 90 degrees the other way and the result from that is completely different again
What do you mean
Its still dipping on one side no?
Both on the back and going up in the middle.very strange. Any tips on removing the magnetic part?
do you think its the magnet though?
I am not sure but I do have another one of those to give it a try it's just strange that when you place the bed differently you get a whole different outcome then from the original. But I do not want to scratch/damage the plate
yours look similiar to mine https://discord.com/channels/582187371529764864/1207299769735708733 did you fix it?
Hey Chrizz sorry for the late response unfortunately not yet i am also waiting for my beacon to come in as my other probe broke during the process so kind of stuck at this moment
