Recover Account
When submitting a ticket, I am trying my very best to fill everything out to the best of my knowledge. I was able to provide majority of the information needed in the ticket besides the username and email address. I am not sure what email I had used, and I do not know if it is my email for contact on my ticket, or the email address that may be the one I used. What should I put in this required box to fill out?
A couple of months ago, I lost my access to my facebook account, which is what I used to login to Valorant/Riot Games. I have tried to recover my facebook account through facebook, but I have been unsuccessful after a number of tries. I have a couple of key information missing from my ticket, and I cannot seem to find much support. I have spent a fair amount of money on this game, and I would hate to see it gone forever as I truly do enjoy playing Valorant.
