cant pay with paypal
guys when i try to pay with paypal it says "things dont appear to be working now" (paypal wallet balance) please help

Open cmd as admin.
Enter each command one by one.
netsh int ip reset,
ipconfig /release,
ipconfig /renew,
ipconfig /flushdns,
netsh winsock reset
