valorant doesn't launched, riot client doesn't either
no matter how many times i click open or restart my laptop it doesn't open, nothing happens. already tried compatibility issue things

I am not professional but try this:
1. Open task manager
2. Locate every task that is related to Valorant and Riot Client
3. End them
4. Re-launch
Sometimes, my Valorant and Riot Client also do not launch and I simply do that to re-launch and it works.
However, it may not work for you since you already restarted your laptop...
You can also try this:
1. Open system configuration
2. Go to "services" tab
3. Click on enable all
Perhaps that might be the problem but, as I said, I am not sure.
