Uptime data is inaccurate - how to fix
I am evaluating subscribing to BattleMetrics Premium for my Rust server and recently discovered that the data associated with the server is very inaccurate (uptime, etc.) and does not match that of my hosting provider. I have been online on the server when the dashboard on Battlemetrics reports that the serve is offline and not responding to queries. What's going on?

If your going to claim a server, you need RCON subscription (not premium) for starters.
data accuracy increase's when using RCON, as it is using a different set of data.
For servers not responding to query, could be a number of things,
Network between your server & battlemetrics,
Bad internet route
DDOS Protection system.
If you claim your server with BM RCON, you can gain access to BM IP's & whitelist them in your network, which can assist in failed queries.
I am currently using the trial to determine whether or not to subscribe to RCON as well and went through the setup process as part of that. Yet, the data is not showing up accurately.
