Planetscale pricing changes (hobby plan not available)

Does anyone has any suggestion on which db should i use. I am trying to build a personal project and i do not have the budget to pay $29 a month just for a personal project. Can anyone recommend db service (like planetscale hobby tier) which has a good free tier.
I am using the t3 stack with the App Router.
