Connecting to remote daemon using SSH

In order to successfully connect to a remote docker host using SSH, a key for the root user had to be generated on the local coder v2 server instance. This is not practical; did I find myself in new unsupported edge case?

Additionally, a workspace init/build error occurs when establishing the initial connection to SSH, which was related to adding the remote host to the known_hosts file.
