If u change it into another region u might have some different server

yeah ur default server might change
but u can customize ur server options so it isnt much of a change right
For example:
If u live in Singapore u gonna get server Mumbai, Singapore, Tokyo. If u pick other region or other country it will drop you to a slightly different server.
And u cant change it everytime u want
U need to contact riot valorant support to change it
