Worker stuck initializing for 5+ days

I created a new account and I'm trying to create a worker to do some basic redirects, but the worker has been stuck on "Initializing workers.dev subdomain..." for over 5 days.

I've seen a couple posts on the community forum, but none of them have gotten any useful responses.
