I'd say low to okay quality. Looks like soles are glued on and lower quality leather vs faux leather. Just based on the photos without knowing anything else in my opinion.

It's hard to make a choice based on just one opinion. I don't know anything about boots I never bought a pair. Meermin is too expensive for me
I specifically mean not providing information. Why hide crucial details like who makes them, what the price is, where they are made. You can either trust the group to give you good advice or not. These aren't going to be a widely worn brand so you're not going to get many opinions.
I think it's pretty easy to make a decision here. Meermin is too expensive and these boots seem to be accessible to you. If you want more help you're going to have to provide more detail like why you want the boots (weather specific for example) or what you do and don't care about in terms of "quality" or various design features. Hiding info to try and get "unbiased" advice is silly.
I want chelsea boots to get a minimalistic look. I want them to be very solid when it rains and not get dirty easily. I like chunky soles to get a more casual vibe. It's ok if they don't last more than 2-3 years
Buy those boots or blundstones then. The leather on those looks more traditional and so it won't be the most resilient to weather but they'll be fine as long as you're okay with some wear and tear/patina

I feel like the more I get to expensive pairs, the more they look too formal with "flat" soles
