Close Valorant and Riot in your Task Manager

Then, open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order.
netsh int ip resetnetsh int ip reset
ipconfig /releaseipconfig /release
ipconfig /renewipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdnsipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock resetnetsh winsock reset

Finishing this, click the restart button in your PC power options. This should fix your payment process errors
