I bought an acc almost few weeks ago . I was playing it then one day a email came where password change request was there
Then i played for 5-6 days and a day before yesterday i can't login to my id
i updated my graphics card and mow credentials are mot matching . Can ownER Pull back his id ?

Noone can/will help.
Account sharing (=buying) is against Riot TOS and bannable.
