Cant log into my Valorant

Whenever i try to hit play it sends me message shown and i cant do anything to fix it, ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling, can anyone help me?

Go to C:\Riot Games\Valorant\Live\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\ And run the file Valorant-Win64-Shipping.exe
