Mid priced T-shirt recommendations
Open to all recommendations though I’m curious if anyone has experience with Uniqlo supima https://www.uniqlo.com/us/en/products/E455365-000/00?colorDisplayCode=00&sizeDisplayCode=005 or Spier & Mackay https://www.spierandmackay.com/product/white-crewneck-9093

I like uniqlo U more than supima
Supima is a mid weight t shirt and Uniqlo U is a heavyweight one btw
In for answers, I too would like to know, I'm planning to check out Uniqlo after work. I'm not sure if should go in with a game plan or just kind of blind shop
I like the Uniqlo supima tees. They are my default tee shirt. They are very middle-of-the road: medium weight, average fit, decent material, reasonable price. Definitely worth picking up on sale, but worth paying full price too. J Crew tees are not as good, IMO (lighter weight, more expensive at full price), until they are heavily discounted.
I have two Uniqlo U and, a couple of years later, find them quite stiff. They’re fine and I’m not bothered when I wear them. I also have a couple JCrew premium heavyweight. They’ve softened much better but I find them a bit boxy
I was leaning toward Uniqlo supima and then I got an email from Spier & Mackay, which actually become cheaper than Uniqlo when you buy 2. I have zero experience with anything Spier but it seems like they’re well regarded
I ordered j crew's new "vintage" tee yesterday in white cuz between the sale, my student discount, and my $15 in rewards money, it was $6 all in lol
Will update you with how it is. Seems from the description it's a relaxed fit broken in tee which sounds v nice for the summer (they are lighter than the supima tees as jfarrell said). Already have a cream broken in tee which I like more than my white supima tee personally (maybe I'll sell that one to the buffalo exchange lol)
