Extruder at constant 158.9c reading
I'm guessing this is a dead thermistor but I'm just asking for where I can even get one or if there's a solution perhaps.

Is it a pt1000?
Or I guess the better question is what thermistor do you have?
its whatever thermistor comes in the Phaetus Rapido 2.0 Plus UHF Hotend

then you need to modify your printer.cfg to tell it you are using a pt1000
