i need some help i couldn't fix the issue hot reload on my android emulator take a look at this

can anyone has encountered this error ?
is your visual studio not up to date? its already on platform 34
but that should not affect hot reload
u need these
if you have that then you need to do this
you start the emulator first to lessen the workload
then u press the green play button in your visual studio to run the app
it will look like this
as u can see it will change and you now have a red square button to stop it
you will also notice at the bottom of your visual studio a red bar
so it means the debug is attached to the emulator
and everything should work
