Reinstalling Valorant / Riot Client

I recently uninstalled val and the riot client in order to make space for another game and now i want to reinstall valorant. i followed a tutorial on reddit to uninstall riot and valorant and it told me to end the task through task manager and then uninstall a specific file in my file explorer. when i went to reinstall the game it gave me the error in the screenshot. it gives me the valorant and riot client files on my desktop but its the white page file thingy and its completely uselss. anybody have a fix for this? (i have made a ticket on the official support site but i havent heard anything back. i also have uninstalled in the same way before and had no issues so im not sure whats going on.)
