Go to C:\Riot Games\Valorant\Live\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\ And run the file Valorant-Win64-Shipping.exe
It shows this
Right click the .exe, Open properties, Go to security, Advanced, Send a photo
Press add, Select a principal, Enter "Users", Then press "check names", Tick "full control", ok, apply, send a photo
Press ok

Go to the compatibility tab
And make sure nothing there is ticked

Also how do I get my fps better? Sometimes it’s running at nearly 200 and then it goes to 30-40
Most of the time you're gonna be limited by hardware
Okay. But when it does drop to it it’s shows the low fps icon on the top
That happens because you're dropping below a certain threshold
Again it really just depends on your hardware it's very difficult to increase your FPS beyond what your hardware is capable of
I will have to know what hardware you have to see if it's performing below expectation

It dipping to thirty is not normal but it could just be a process in the background running
I would check task manager when this happens to see what process is taking up your CPU or GPU usage
