I got my Valorant account hacked and Banned.
Few days ago I got hacked and Banned, I tried to change my password, I couldn’t cause the hacker already changed the email. I don't cheat and I never have. I saw a guy who was playing on my account while my friend was streaming his gameplay for me, I immediately turn my pc on and tried to change everything but it didn’t worked, I did 3 tickets to get my account back and I was able to change my password and retrieve my account but it's still suspended permanently because of the hacker. I sent a ticket to riot explaining my situation but no response so far. I've invested so much time and money into this game and it feels so disappointing that I get punished for something that was out of my reach. If anyone from Riot is online I can provide any proof necessary to get my account unbanned. Can anyone let me know if they had a similar situation like this and if they got unbanned? Please?
