Troll problems
I entered a comp game. And i was met with a instalock yoru that was taking the spike every rounf not buying anyhting going on mid and dying. he even tried to kill himslef in a viper molly. I hvae it all recorded. is there any way i riot can give me my rr back?

Sadly not, the only thing you can do is report them.
no bruh it happens all the time its not like they js give u back ur rr for someone throwing
u could easily lose a game and say someone on ur team was throwing just bcs u wanted ur rr back
They aren't going to purposely give you your rr back.
