Need Help Deleting Valorant Account

I recently purchased a Valorant account, but it has since been banned. Now, I want to delete the account because I no longer wish to use it. However, when I attempt to delete it, I'm prompted to create a ticket about deletion. The support team is asking for account details that I don't have, such as where it was created, sign-up email, or date of birth. I want to delete the account to free up my email for other purposes. Can anyone offer guidance on what steps I should take to resolve this issue?

Solution
I am still getting option to change email address maybe I should put disposable email there and then I could explain everything to riot support by this the account would be locked and won't accessible by anybody and my earlier used email would be freed! .Its a win-win situation.
