got suspend for third party software
is there any way to unsuspend my self? the ban already infect 3 of my NEW account (i made another acc after this ban and still got banned for the same reason)

i didnt use anything, thats why im confused maybe its because i changed the main lobby screen
to like other vid in the main screen

The error code
Van 152 indicates a hardware ID ban. This ban typically lasts around 4 months. You can appeal and discuss your ban on the official support page by using the link below.
Submit a support ticket here: https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/newIf banned for 3rd party use your account you played on while you got banned is perma banned - this will not be reversed. So basically the account is deleted for valorant.
Also, you will recieve a HWID (hardware ID) ban that lasts 4 months. During that time all other accounts will be banned as soon as you try to play valorant. [the ban is connected to your mainboard and other components in your pc as far as i know].
vanguard, the anticheat, doesnt allow anybody to edit any gamefiles, due to suspicion of trying to cheat and will lead to a 3rd party ban
spoofer otherwise you'll get banned every time
...which is also against the TOS
the only "legal" way to be unbanned is through waiting or the support - but i highly doubt that they will unban

so its been like almost 1 year
possibly when the 4 months HWID ban hasnt run out yet and you try to play with an alt account again, the ban might be started all over again

to be fair - its at your own risk, but most of the times you will be scammed. if you dont - the account will probably be locked by support for suspicious account activity, like changing email, password, region or general location of the account
that doesnt justify selling/buying/trading/sharing accounts - since its against TOS

Don't waste your time buying a spoofer, whoever gave you that idea is beyond dumb.
Buying spoofer = adds more months onto your hardware ban

You should be fine. if it does happen again submit a ticket on how this happened and what you could do to prevent unintented bans.
