pls help ping issue & val

every game i play has no issue except valorant. i load it up and then i get disconnected from my discord vc and get 120ping - 3000ping... it isnt a wifi issue that i know of as everything else works fine including bigger games, theres no issues with discord until i load on val and if i get into a game of val my game crashes or im a high ping and it's unplayable, i tried to contact riot support val ticket and they havnt responded at all
