two things: first, post the entire log, not just the bit you think we need to see
second, you're missing dependencies. see the bottom of the first post on #:pushpin: Read Me First | Frequently Asked Questions for help with that

I'll send the full log wait a minute and I already tried installing the dependencies, enabled the 32-bit support and rebooted, but didn't worked

try deleting the prefix after you installed the dependencies, it may be broken since it was created with missing dependencies
backup any save if you have something

you will want DXVK and VKD3D enabled

Now it say's the same like yesterday "The required files could not be installed, please reinstall the game."
And I already reinstalled it 3 times

after that, the rockstar games launcher started but after installing the error above occured

try with verify and repair (it's in the 3 dots menu), but yes share a new log

a lot of people are having issues lately with the rockstar launcher though, they changed something (there's a lot of support tickets about gtav)
disable DXVK-NVAPI (that's for nvidia cards)

also use a more modern wine, 7-33 is really old, use 8-2X

Okay not relevant for me, I have amd
ah okay, I just used the 7-33 bcs it was in the instructions from heroic for installing rdr2
after the repair finished, I'll change to 8-2

those instructions are probably outdated (I guess 7-33 was the latest at that moment)

turn off dxvk-nvapi, you're on amd
you also might need vcrun 2017 from winetricks

first it says the support for windows xp and vista has ended xD and then the same error like before with the files

Now the first error with the unsupported windows doesn't appear anymore but the file error is stil coming
