delay on push to talk

when i press the bottum that i talk with i get like a bit of delay and i need to follow it so i can talk, what should i do?

maybe it's a ping problem? ptt works perfectly fine for me, try changing the servers you play on to something closer

my ping is 50 or 60, good ping i do not ping problem i had this problem this update
