VEHICLE SPAWN
how do you spawn modded vehicles, for example bmw, audi, toyta etc, I couldn't find them/they aren't there in the spawn vehicle

Yes I just found this out too unfortunately fivem doesn’t support real vehicles anymore I’m very annoyed by this probably won’t play anymore
They never supported branded content, they just never enforced it prior to now.
