Patch 8.3

After the release of patch 8.3, strange things began to happen in the game, because of which I cannot play. voice chat periodically just stops working, the game often crashes, the connection drops, everything freezes every 5 minutes, the ping reaches 6000. please help, I can’t play like this T-T
