Loading Screen Takes longer to load into a game

Though after i load in and capable of playing the game, everything works fine. This started to happen two years ago and before that it was loading normally. I really hope someone knows how to fix my issue ;-;
- Whenever a match is found, It has a chance for it to be stuck at the loading screen during a Agent Selection (this causes me to have a penalty for dodging)
- Though After everyone picked their agents, The next loading screen would take so long to load that not everyone's playercard is loading (this one causes me to have a afk penalty in the 1st round)
- And lastly and mostly the most annoying one is whenever someone dodges the game, I will get stuck in the loading screen for the entire time until the Timer at the agent select go down and i would received a dodge penalty
