You are probably on MBR, or using outdated bios drivers or need to clear your TPM before enabling it

You can check if you’re on MBR by opening disk management, right clicking on Disk 0 in the bottom left, going to properties and then under volumes check if it says MBR or GPT

Well, in your bios, go to advanced, then trusted computing
Also, they can just turn off VBS
And bypass the TPM restriction
He had the tmp 2.0 error, we enabled tpm in his bios, he couldn't boot into windows after that giving him the automatic repair screen, disabled TPM again then it booted, now he is gon update his bios to see if that fixes the issue.
