Epic Games Cloud Not Showing in Game Page,

Hi, i`m writing this to ask for help about the Sync Cloud for Epic Games Store, I downloaded The Outer World yesterday from the epic games store but when i start it it show me only New Game, in the page on heroic Launcher it did not show me any indication about the Sync, even in the option, i checked and in Epic Games from Pc the Cloud Save are enabled, what can i do to resolve this> Thanks!!
