fps capped at 60
few months back when i played valorant i got 144 or more fps easily but when i reinstalled valorant i am capped on 60 fps.. tried reinstalling nvidia drivers and all but its still the same. I use a laptop with ryzen 5600h and rtx 3050. my display is 1920x1080 144hz

also when i use msi afterburner overlay now... its shows (d3d11 60 )... but earlier when i had no issues it showed (fps 144)
what setting do i have to check exactly?

Reinstalled nvidia graphics drivers from scratch
guys i have the same issue and it is capped at 60 in every game i tried everything
Select Start > Settings > System > Display > Advanced display .
check your refresh rate
it only gets capped in fullscreen and windowed fullscreen mode
in windowed it runs perfectly
and in fullscreen when i increase decrease volume or brightness till the box goes away the fps lock also goes away

Maybe try to go to Nvidia Control panel
-adjust size and position
and click on fullscreen
maybe it will work
