Games with launcher doesn't work

Games like The Witcher 1 from gog and Fallout 3 from epic doesn't work but others games Without laucher like Postal Classic and Uncut, speed brawl, etc, work normally, i install different types of wine and proton but anything, any recommendations for this problem?

Launchers are often .NET applications and thus require either wine-mono or the .NET runtime. You should post a log, however, so we can confirm what the problem is.

You appear to be missing Vulkan libraries. ... Possibly because the Intel integrated GPU you have doesn't support Vulkan.

oh, well it's strange before install full kununtu on my disk it work very well it was installed on the windows partition, but i run it on linux with heroic
