What are u trying to show in that ss?
it shows that i have voice chat on and by default it starts like that

Tried reinstalling ur game?
Along with vanguard
Or reparing ur game using riot client
tried all of that and it did nothing
reparing with riot client said theres nothing to be repaired
Update ur audio drivers
did that as well
tried changing my audio output as well

Switch both output and input devices to default
Also make a ticket with support
