Visual Studio stuck on "Working on it" when trying to load a Project's properties

Pretty much as per the title. Right click on a project in the Solution view, choose "Properties" - it's just stuck on "Working on it" with a spinning wheel. I've repaired my VS2022 installation - didn't fix the problems. Any ideas?

Yep. Just tried deleting the .vs folder in one and it seems to have done the trick, but then again a restart normally does, so seeing how it goes..

Just to confirm deleteing the .vs folder solved the problem. VS is such a Diva
