RTT Spikes, causing rollbacks

Hello everyone, For the past few days, I've been experiencing bugs while playing, specifically rollbacks that occur quite frequently for 1 to 2 seconds. Upon closer inspection, I've noticed spikes in the RTT reaching 200-300ms. In-game, my ping remains constant at 15ms except during the RTT spikes. I am using WiFi. Does anyone have any solutions or suggestions? Thank you.

open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order. netsh int ip reset ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew ipconfig /flushdns netsh winsock reset
reboot the router then reboot the pc

Try updating ur wifi driver Also what is the wifi adapter u r using?
