Def check ur mouse, but actions (sova dart or spike plant) cancelling and not completing can happen because of packet loss.
You can graph this in the settings under Video/Stats. If you have really high network RTT and packet loss, you'll see all kinds of issues like this....

I’m pretty sure there’s no bow in Valorant other than Sova. And you should be able to pull back the bow just by holding.

Def check ur mouse, but actions (sova dart or spike plant) cancelling and not completing can happen because of packet loss.
You can graph this in the settings under Video/Stats. If you have really high network RTT and packet loss, you'll see all kinds of issues like this.
