Hello, we played with someone who may be cheating with an aimbot or engaging in smurfing and boosting lower elo accounts for money. The player has been reported in-game, but it's impossible to report them through Riot's website because they're using an ID with Asian characters to avoid detection. Are there any moderators or admins in contact with Riot to address this individual?
