kushal - Hi guys, my company has salary account...

Hi guys, my company has salary account available with icici bank and currently my account is normal savings account, is there any advantage of getting the savings account converted to salary account? These are the advantages I heard of 1) higher currency conversion and lower fees when transferring RSUs from US brokerage to salary account 2) LTF credit cards with good offers. can I know what other advantages will be present, or if there are any catches in the above advantages? also will there be any headaches in converting from savings account to salary account or having a salary account?
