When I was new to this game, I login through Google Play Games, later I couldn't login to that I'd it rather somehow created a new I'd? I continue to play with that new I'd for years, I took a break from game for like a year or 2, when I login through Google Play Game it login me in back to my old 1st I'd then the 1, I grinded with for years, I tried in game support it didn't help it said y'all reply in 3d, when it's already been 5d, and still no reply..I just want my old I'd back I miss playing this game so much, pls anyone help me get my I'd back pls 😔

Sorry I just received email, they're few steps I would like to ask..
1: I haven't played for 5y, and I often switched devices, but I do remember which device I used to play 5y ago?
Also my overall highest tier was ACE and it was 5y ago but if it's from last 6 months do I have to select Gold V bc again I haven't played for 5 years.
As I have told u last I played was 5y but I played alot in erangel the most. Do I have to select which overall map I have played the most? Bc like I said last game I played was 5y ago..
And wts an "All Talent Champion" correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe it was there 5y ago during season I think I last login at 13 or 14? I have not played that's y I asked.
Should I ignore the "last purchase" I did on it was on create I think and bought season 13 pass at that time.
Abt the "player question on whom I played the most" I don't remember whom I played the most at that time but I do remember 2 of my friends which whom I also played alot but I'm not sure they r the 1's whom I played the most.

if you haven't played 5 years, what can be on account isn't much easier to just make a new one and start a progress from now? game is 6+ years old season 1-2 max that can be on old account, and there is no way you can claim your account when you need to provide last transaction, when you've played and where and on which device, even if you file claim it you need an email that was no linked back in season 1-2 game if i'm not wrong so...
and on UID: 5411630185 it was activity on season 15 so there is no way you haven't played on it for about 5 years... if you provide wrongful information in claim report you will receive negative feedback and will waste your time as time of support...
Bro I grinded 64 level on that account, and I'm not grinding all over again...as the owner of "5411630185" I know which I only would know how many mythic/legendary I have and ofc I remember playing on my old crappy device and which map overall if we're talking abt I played the most, but again I know these answer but I being confused they're asking me abt my rank 6 month or before, but I'm being confused on which answer should I choose, should I choose my overall highest rank or the rank before 6 or 6 month and the same goes for my friends that's why I'm trying to confirm these before submitting also u said someone was recently active on 5411630185 I'd?
Dude u can check last online I was, was at 5 years ago bc I had crappy device, uk not everyone has the money to buy a expensive device to play PUBG even if we go back 5 years 😔
