when i upgraded my gpu to rx580 and installed the drivers and restart or shutdown my system unit wont shutdown it will stay on but the monitor will shutdown

maybe sound stupid, but where are you plugin your monitor

At my avr when i press shutdown in the windows my system unit will stay turned on but when i put back my old gpu it will not have any problem turning off
My specs:
A520m pro-vh
Ryzen 5 4500
Psu 550 bronze rated
Ram 8gb 2x
M.2 storage 500gb
Sata 1tb
Also when i uninstall the driver my computer will jot have any problem turning off
But when i redownload it will have problem turning off my fans still spinning and the lights are still on

Its perfectly working but the problem is the shut down when i shut down it it will stay on
