RDR2 SteamDeck Heroic Launcher.
Hello, I downloaded Red Dead Redemption 2 with Epic games via Heroic Launcher last night, but when I start the game, it gives an "unable to install prerequisites" error. Then, when I try again, Rockstar Games opens and updates, and after opening Rockstar, it gives error 134.

Don't know whether that will help or not, I do not own the game on epic in fact I don't even have an epic account but there seems to be a common issue with epic and Rockstar by the look of that thread. Not sure if it's the same issue as what you were having but it is worth a look.
Incidentally nobody really knows what's going on without logs a description of the problem is not usually lead to enough information to actually solve the problem

you don't want dxvk-nvapi, you are on amd
you do want vkd3d enabled
you don't need that environment variable

Fixed.
Disabled esync fsync, turned on fsr hack, set variable options to WINEOVERRIDEDLL vulkan , settings.xml output adapter 0
