Frog TKL 8K Dead on Arrival PCB
I just got my Frog TKL 8K, but I got unlucky and it seems dead. I tried also installing VIAL, but it is not detected.

what firmware did you use to flash?
i didnt flash anything yet
i just plugged it in
i dont think the fuyu hotswap pcbs came pre flashed
despite me asking the manufacturer
