I have doubts about my ban
Hello! Since 3 or 5 days ago I have been banned from Valorant and I didn't know why, I made a ticket to riot games but none of them are answered so the only solution that occurred to me is to ask their community on discord, I get to the point so they don't eat a story long, about 1 year ago I received a threat from my PC that if I didn't pay they were going to infect my PC with Trojans and after a few months of ignoring them they recently attacked my PC and the vast majority of my accounts including Riot and al It seems I was able to recover all of them and reset my PC from 0, this took me a few hours and my friends told me that I was playing Valorant when I was restarting my entire PC. Then I tried downloading other things like a VPN (in case they were going to hack me back I already had another IP) and apparently when I downloaded Valorant, it took it as a third-party program and from what I was investigating I have a HWID ban which is a Hardware ban for what I was investigating (I had to investigate myself since no one from riot answered me, they just ignored me) and to solve these types of bans I practically have to buy another PC, something that I do not have strong financial support to do. this, and as I said, I was trying to contact riot about this since I didn't know I could get a ban for using VPN (I think they banned me for VPN but I also downloaded the logitech hub and raw accel which were supposedly programs that didn't ban and they helped you improve). I don't know if it was because of the hacking that something was done to my account or because of the VPN, raw accel and logitech hub for my dpi. If anyone can help me or give me a little information about this, I'd be happy to read them!

Riot doesn't confirm what is bannable and what isn't
So it could have been raw accel or not

But the most likely reason is because they cheated on your account
You most likely did not get banned for using a vpn as you cannot use a vpn on valorant

For ban appeals you'll get an automated response
The main reason is because the amount of bans they do in a day
but after 1 day I go to my tickets and it says that the status is resolved, but no one answered me
You should have gotten a response if it was marked as resolved
